Sunny Kim
C.E.O. & Founder
Sunny Kim, the founder and CEO of Nellis Building Services, brings over 40 years of business experience and 25 years in the janitorial services industry to the company. Originally from South Korea, Sunny's entrepreneurial journey began in Ketchikan, Alaska, where he managed and later owned a Chinese/Korean restaurant.
After moving to Los Angeles, Sunny pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. His passion for customer service and business excellence led him to found Base Hill, Inc., in 2002—a company that has grown into a multi-state enterprise known for its commitment to quality.
In 2020, Sunny expanded his vision by founding Nellis Building Services to bring the same level of professionalism and care to clients in Nevada. Fluent in both Korean and English, Sunny leverages his multicultural background, decades of industry experience, and dedication to continuous improvement to lead both companies. His role encompasses quality control, client satisfaction, marketing, and operational excellence.
